Our Return Policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Electronics has a 7day return Policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unaltered, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If for some reason it is not possible to ship the item back to our facility, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our facility without first contacting customer service. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) and on a case by case situation. 

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs Office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Reign Aesthetics is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.

Return & Refunds of Defective products (if applicable) please email us at support@reignaesthetics.net and provide photos/videos showing the defective product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Usually, 2-5 business days

Gift cards
Gift cards can't be returned but they don't expire.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. So please make sure the size is correct when buying the item.

Gifts
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'd receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed/emailed to you.

Shipping Policy
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary. Estimated delivery 7-21 days for United States. 7-30days + or - for outside of United States. 

We offer Free Shipping to the United States. Most of the world is also free, hence "Free Shipping Worldwide." If Reign Aesthetics for any reason cannot provide free shipping, we will contact you by email and issue a refund.

To return your product, please contact us, and we will give you all the details.

Case by Case scenario, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

As we provide free shipping on all our items when you purchased. It is up to you to provide the shipping for the return.
